Runaway championship leader Max Verstappen starts today's British Grand Prix from pole position, as the Dutchman bids to take his eighth win in just ten races so far in 2023.

The Ferraris and Mercedes line up in team formation behind the McLarens, but it was another torrid day for Sergio Perez, who blamed an unfortunately-timed red flag for his inability to progress beyond Q1, and the under-fire Mexican starts a lowly 15th.
