Max Verstappen has revealed that he could be racing at the Nordschleife again in as little as three weeks' time.
The four-time champion won the NLS2 race around the famous German track on Saturday, sharing driving duties with Dani Juncadella and Jules Gounon.
The race for Verstappen was largely done in preparation for the 24 Hours of Nurburgring in May, with the non-F1 weekend making it a natural slot for Verstappen to compete.
However, with the Bahrain and Saudi Arabian Grands Prix cancelled, Verstappen now has no racing commitments for the next round of the series, NLS3.
When asked if it is practical that he could be back behind the wheel at the Nordschleife on April 11, Verstappen confirmed the possibility.
“We're looking into it, it depends if it is feasible,” Verstappen said.
“But I'm always happy to race here.”

Verstappen spent weekend 'getting to grips' around the Nordschleife
Verstappen's victory on Saturday saw the Dutchman cross the line almost one minute ahead of the rest of the competition.
Having jumped behind the wheel to open and close the stint, his second outing was a much quieter affair compared to the first, when he was locked in battle with the #16 Audi entry.
While an impressive victory is another achievement for his resumé, Verstappen highlighted the primary focus was understanding the car ahead of May's 24-hour race.
“This whole weekend has been about getting to grips with the car around the Nordschleife,” he said.
“It's been super enjoyable, the team has also prepared the car really well, so we could do some decent testing. It made me feel really comfortable with the car.
“A really good experience for me to drive here.
“I've done a lot of simulator work here over the last few years, it helps a lot when you're a rookie and you drive here for the first time.
“You know where you're going, that helps a lot. Then it was all about getting up to speed with the GT3 cars.
“This whole venue is amazing and the fans, how passionate they are about racing and the cars here, it's fantastic to see. I'm happy to be a part of that.”
