Max Verstappen and Lando Norris have seen their cars undergo changes following sprint qualifying in Qatar.
Norris ended the outing in third place, securing a spot on the second row of the grid for the shorter race behind Oscar Piastri and George Russell.
Verstappen endured a more difficult session and secured a sixth place spot on the staring grid - behind team-mate Yuki Tsunoda.
Verstappen's car was known to be damaged during the session, as was Norris' following various trips through the gravel.
The Red Bull and McLaren teams carried out changes overnight to fix some issues.
On Verstappen's car, this included changes to the floor assembly (excluding plank and skids), cantilever assembly, keel panel and right hand side rear brake duct bracket.
For Norris, McLaren changed his floor assembly (excluding plank and skids), brake master cylinder and carried out parameter changes associated with the brake master cylinder replacement.
All changes were made in compliance with the technical regulations and therefore no penalty is applied.
Various other modifications were made throughout the field, resulting in four drivers handed pit lane starts for the sprint race.
