Formula 1 makes its annual pilgrimage to Silverstone this weekend for the 2022 British Grand Prix.

Last year's race will live long in the memory as Lewis Hamilton hunted down Charles Leclerc to take victory - but only after serving a penalty following a Lap 1 tangle with Max Verstappen that sent the Dutchman careening into the barrier.

So far this year, Verstappen and Red Bull have established a commanding lead in both championships, but Ferrari are expected to be strong, and while Mercedes have struggled so far in 2022, Hamilton has won seven of the last eight races at Silverstone. Who will come out on top on Sunday afternoon?

The weekend will follow the usual format, with two 60-minute practice sessions taking place on Friday. FP1 is scheduled for 13:00 UK time, with FP2 following at 16:00.

On Saturday, FP3 will be held at 12:00 UK time, ahead of qualifying at 15:00. This will determine the grid for Sunday's 52-lap British Grand Prix, which starts at 15:00.

RacingNews365.com will be on hand to cover all of the action and you can find our live blog here. We will also have exclusive interviews, news and analysis throughout the entire weekend at Silverstone.
