Yuki Tsunoda has been promoted to the points after the Miami sprint race following a penalty for Oliver Bearman.
The Haas driver was issued a five-second time penalty after crossing the line in eighth place after the team was found guilty of an unsafe release.
Kimi Antonelli and Pierre Gasly have also been promoted into seventh and eighth, following five-second time penalties for Alex Albon and Liam Lawson.
