Max Verstappen set the pace ahead of Lando Norris and Charles Leclerc for the second practice session.
The Dutchman posted a time that was 0.119s quicker than the Ferrari driver, with Alfa Romeo's Valtteri Bottas setting the fourth quickest time ahead of Sergio Pérez.
Daniel Ricciardo was sixth quicker ahead of Lewis Hamilton, with Esteban Ocon, Oscar Piastri and George Russell rounding out the top ten.
Fernando Alonso set the slowest time following a spin during his Soft tyre run, which forced him to abort his quick lap effort.
