Williams has become the 11th and final F1 team to run its 2026 car on track for the first time.
The FW48 was not present during the Barcelona shakedown test last week after delays in the car build and a failure of the mandatory FIA crash test.
As such, Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz spent the week conducting simulator work as rivals pounded around the former Spanish GP venue, learning about the new generation of car in the real world, with the team unveiling its new livery on Tuesday.
The Mercedes-powered car was then on track for the first time on Wednesday at Silverstone, with Albon behind the wheel.
Williams will now head to Bahrain for the second pre-season test, which begins on Wednesday, February 11th, for three days, before the third and final test takes place a week later, before the season-opening Australian Grand Prix on March 8th.
