Red Bull has made major staff changes behind the scenes ahead of the new F1 season.
The Milton Keynes-based team has parted ways with several key administrative personnel, as it continues to clear its decks following the shock axing of Christian Horner last year, along with two other senior members of staff closely associated with the former team principal.
After 20 years of running the team, Horner was dismissed in July, shortly after the British Grand Prix. Oliver Hughes and Paul Smith, who served as group chief marketing and commercial officer and group communications director respectively, were also fired.
RacingNews365 can confirm that a further four members of staff have also left the team this week, related to similar areas of the company as Hughes and Smith.
The most senior of those is Joanna Fleet, who had worked for Red Bull for 13 years, initially as HR manager before moving on to head of human resources, and most latterly serving as the group's human resources director.
Julia George has departed from her role as director of partnerships, along with group marketing director Simon Smith-Wright, and senior communications manager Alice Hedworth, who predominantly worked as PR for Sergio Pérez during the Mexican driver's time with the team.
