Scuderia Ferrari has confirmed a special tribute livery for the Italian Grand Prix this weekend, dedicated to Michael Schumacher's extraordinary decade with the team.
The Maranello outfit has revealed a Schumacher-inspired design for its SF-26, alongside bespoke race suits for Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton that underline the theme, which were launched last week.
The overalls feature white striping down the front and across the shoulders, Schumacher's personal logo, and seven white stars on the back representing his seven world titles.
The tribute is timed to mark 30 years since Schumacher's first Ferrari victory in 1996 and 20 years since his final season with the team in 2006.
Across that remarkable spell, the German won 72 grands prix and five consecutive drivers' championships from 2000 to 2004, transforming Ferrari into the most dominant force the sport had ever seen.
The SF-26 livery features a completely red design, getting rid of the white engine cover that has been used since the start of the year.
The font of the numbers is also a throwback to Ferrari during Schumacher's era, with the seven-time champion's signature also incorporated into the design.
