The first pole of the 2021 F1 season belongs to Red Bull and Max Verstappen, with the Dutchman beating out Lewis Hamilton for top spot.
Valtteri Bottas finished with the third fastest time, with Charles Leclerc and Pierre Gasly rounding out the top five.
It was a day to forget for new Red Bull driver Sergio Perez, as the Mexican couldn't get out of Q2 and will start in 11th. Same goes for Sebastian Vettel with the German unable to navigate the yellow flags during Q1, meaning he'll start from 18th in what is his first race for Aston Martin.
