Lando Norris declared after his maiden grand prix victory that McLaren is building towards a title fight against Red Bull in 2025.
The Woking-based squad has successfully developed its car over the last 12 months to turn it from a backmarker challenger to a race-winning machine.
Despite Norris' win in Miami, Max Verstappen remains the favourite to take the title this year amid Red Bull's commanding start to the season.
Should McLaren continue to develop its car successfully, it may find itself in a championship-contending position next year. But does Norris have what it takes to bring the fight to Verstappen?
