Oscar Piastri has endured a difficult patch of form over the past few rounds of the F1 season, losing his once-considerable grip on the F1 drivers' championship fight.
Lando Norris has overturned his once-34-point deficit to lead the standings with just four rounds to run, but Max Verstappen has whittled down the once-formidable advantage the McLaren drivers enjoyed.
The Red Bull driver is only 36 points behind the Briton, having been 104 points adrift of Piastri after the Dutch Grand Prix.
Needless to say, the Australian is still very much in the battle for the crown, but he has been almost completely overlooked by fans in a recent poll by RacingNews365.
Only 12.44 per cent of respondents feel the nine-time grand prix winner is the favourite to win the drivers' championship, with Norris and Verstappen scooping up nearly 80 per cent of the vote combined.
