Mercedes' official F1 financial disclosures show that the team crushed its F1 opposition in 2025, with a class-leading £633.378 million GBP in turnover.
This figure was the highest on the grid of all eight teams examined by RacingNews365, and even eclipsed that of F1 itself, and means the team will be on course to smash through the $1 billion ceiling when it files its 2026 accounts in September 2027, with its £633.378 million turnover translating into $846 million USD.
Whilst the team recorded a marginal tick-up in turnover over its 2024 result of £632.117 million GBP, its 2025 turnover was down slightly due to the reduced prize money it received for its performance in the constructors' championship.
In 2024, Mercedes finished fourth overall, reducing its share of the pie from its second-place finish in 2023. In 2025, the team finished as runners-up to McLaren, meaning the 2026 accounts will show this increased share when they are published next year.
The team enjoyed a gross profit of £209.841 million in 2025, up from £182.744 million in 2024, which, after expenses and other variables such as tax, left Mercedes-Benz Grand Prix Limited with a bottom-line profit after tax for the 2025 year of £133.143 million.
This was a climb of £15.468 million from the 2024 figure of £117.675 million.
In contrast, the next best turnover figure by a team was £588.483 million by McLaren, but it generated a bottom-line loss of £17.360 million.
Below, RacingNews365 has examined the financial reports of the other seven UK-based F1 teams, and F1 itself.
