Aston Martin recorded a loss of £28.5 million GBP after tax during the year ending December 31st, 2025 documents show.
The F1 team is owned and operated by AMR GP Limited, based at Silverstone, and submitted its yearly required accounts to Companies House, showing its turnover, gross profit, and loses.
AMR GP Limited recorded a turnover of £344.234 million GBP in the 2025 year, a rise from £280.683 million in the same period to December 31st, 2024. The turnover is made up of prize money from Formula 1 for the team's performance in the constructors' championship and its own commercial revenue from sponsorship.
AMR GP Limited then posted cost of sales of £199.122 million GBP in 2025, leaving a gross profit of £145.112 million GBP. This was a climb from a cost of sales of £181.090 million in 2024 to a gross profit of £99.593 million.
This represents a near £46 million GBP rise in gross profit year-on-year.
However, an operating loss of £20.537 million was recorded, leading to a loss before tax in the 2025 year of £51.653 million which was reduced to £41.072 million once tax was factored out.
Once "other comprehensive income" was added, it meant AMR GP Limited recorded a total loss of £28.452 million GBP.
In the same period in 2024, the loss before tax was £39.618 million, not including tax, which pushed the final bottom line figure to £45.793 million.
It means year-on-year, AMR GP Limited reduced its losses by £17.341 million GBP.
The results come after the team has recently completed building its brand-new campus at Silverstone, with a state-of-the-art factory, including an all-new wind-tunnel, being used by Adrian Newey and his design team after Newey joined from Red Bull.
The team, which grew its headcount by 151 people to 996 in 2025, up from 845 in 2024, also counted various new sponsors which will be reflected in the 2026 accounts, including Cognition, Cohere, Brietling, CoinPayments, and Eight Sleep.
The submission is part of a mandatory requirement from all F1 teams based in the UK, with Mercedes previously reporting theirs in June. F1 itself also reported its returns earlier this month.
