The Haas F1 Team's UK company recorded an after-tax profit of £6.679 million GBP in 2025, and set a new record for overall turnover.
Haas Formula UK Limited was set up by owner Gene Haas in 2014 to provide UK-based support services to the parent company, Haas Automation Inc., LLC, which is based in the United States and thus not subject to Companies House reporting requirements.
Based in Banbury, Haas's UK arm oversees many of its operational functions, including logistics, electrical engineering, vehicle science, control systems, vehicle performance and programme management, race team support, and communications.
The filings show that the company recorded a record turnover of £147.422 million GBP, a rise of £28.063 million from the 2024 year's recorded total of £119.359 million.
Due to Haas's model, cost of sales was negligible, with its before-tax figure calculated by subtracting its administrative expenses from its turnover figure.
The company recorded expenses of £137.757 million GBP, leaving an operating profit of £9.387 million, a rise from £7.507 million in 2024.
After interest was added and then tax deducted, it left Haas Formula UK Limited with a bottom-line profit for the 2025 financial year of £6.679 million GBP.
This is an increase from £6.493 million in 2024, or about £186,000 GBP.
Elsewhere, the cash reserves for the company increased to £2.632 million, up from £2.156 million.
In the 2019 end-of-year disclosures, the company recorded a profit of £6.758 million, as it fell just short of eclipsing that as the company continues to enjoy strong recent growth after a fall to just £3.841 million profit in the 2020 COVID-hit year.
