McLaren will become the 10th team to unveil its livery for the 2026 Formula 1 season in a live launch in Bahrain on Monday afternoon.
The Woking-based outfit is preparing to defend its constructors’ title for a third season in a row, although it faces the uncertainty of F1’s new power unit regulations.
Its driver pairing for a fourth year will be Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, with the former also attempting to defend his drivers’ title this year.
McLaren remains a customer outfit of Mercedes for the new regulations but has openly opted for a relaxed approach regarding upgrades.
Unlike some of its rivals, the British squad will not introduce major upgrades early in the season, instead opting to see which design philosophy proves strongest first.
The recent five-day official shakedown in Bahrain marked the first running of McLaren’s MCL40, which ran in a black livery.
McLaren’s live launch in Bahrain gets underway at 3pm GMT (4pm CET).
