Max Verstappen has been backed by a crushing majority of Formula 1 fans to not reach 400 grands prix for Red Bull.
The four-time world champion recently celebrated his 200th race for Red Bull in the Hungarian GP – his 223rd overall since being handed an F1 promotion in 2015.
It has taken Verstappen almost 10 seasons to reach the impressive figure for the Milton Keynes-based outfit, with most expecting him not to reach 400.
In order to reach 400 races for Red Bull, the Dutchman would need to remain with the Austrian outfit in F1 until the end of the 2032 season, should each season continue to consist of 24 races.
Based on comments from Verstappen, it is highly unlikely he will remain in F1 until then, as he hinted at last year in the Dutch GP.
When asked last year in Zandvoort after hitting 200 F1 races whether he will reach 400, Verstappen said: "No. That's an easy answer.
"So we have passed halfway [in my career], for sure. It's been an incredible ride. It doesn't feel like 200, but we do a lot of races now in a year, so you add them quite quickly."
In a RacingNews365 poll, a staggering 82.5% of voters believe he will not reach 400 races for Red Bull, whilst 9.2% think he will – the remaining 8.3% were unsure.
Verstappen is comfortably Red Bull's longest-serving driver, with second on the list being Mark Webber on 120 GPs for the energy drink company.
