A race-winning car driven by Michael Schumacher is going on sale at an auction, where it is estimated to fetch a huge sum.
The 1992 Benetton B192 was the first car Schumacher drove to a grand prix, scoring one win and a further seven podiums with the challenger.
Schumacher triumphed at the 1992 Belgian Grand Prix, one year on from his F1 debut with Jordan.
The specific chassis up for sale is the B192 chassis number 05, which was used by Schumacher at several rounds during the year - including his win from Spa-Francorchamps.
The German driver went on to finish third in the standings that season behind Nigel Mansell and Ricardo Patrese.
The car remained in Benetton's (later Renault's) care until it was sold to former driver Laurent Redon in 2015.
Under his owenership the B192-05 was completely restored to working order, complete with a chassis overhaul and an engine and gearbox rebuild.
Now, for the first time, it is being made available for sale to the public.
Auctioneers estimate that the car will fetch in excess of €8.5 million when it goes under the hammer later this month.
