Max Verstappen will start from pole position in tomorrow's Spanish Grand Prix, after setting the quickest time during Qualifying, as several big names failed to reach Q3.
After topping all three practice sessions, the Dutchman continued his fearsome form around the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya with a time of 1:12.272, nearly half a second clear of second-placed Carlos Sainz.
Lando Norris and Pierre Gasly will line up third and fourth after their best Qualifying of the season so far, though Gasly looks set to face a grid penalty for blocking.
Sergio Perez and George Russell will line up 11th and 12th after failing to reach the top ten shootout, and last year's pole sitter Charles Leclerc was knocked out in Q1 and is set to start only 19th, after complaining of a lack of rear-end grip.
