F1 fans want to see Cadillac sign axed Red Bull pair Sergio Perez and Daniel Ricciardo as its drivers for 2026, according to the results of a RacingNews365 poll.

Cadillac was formally confirmed as joining the F1 grid on Friday (March 7), with two extra seats opening up for drivers at the Ferrari-customer-powered squad.

With plenty of names in the running, RacingNews365 decided to present various, realistic options, with fans deciding that Perez and Ricciardo, who both left F1 in 2024, should be given another chance.

In a tight poll, the results of which can be seen in the table below, no driver achieved a 50% majority, and together, the duo received a smige over 37% of all votes cast, but in the first-past-the-post system used, they ran out winners.

Third place went to Valtteri Bottas, with the current Mercedes reserve driver receiving 16.78% of votes.
