Kimi Antonelli will start on pole position for the F1 Sprint in Miami - the youngest ever driver to start P1 in any F1 format.
Antonelli out-qualified Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris by a tenth, and team-mate George Russell by 0.309s with Max Verstappen fourth.
Antonelli is the youngest pole-sitter in any format in F1 history, breaking Sebastian Vettel's record of 21 years, 2 months, 15 days at the 2008 Italian Grand Prix.
He is also the first Italian to start P1 since Giancarlo Fisichella at the 2009 Belgian Grand Prix.
