Max Verstappen took his 18th win of the season around the streets of Las Vegas ahead of Charles Leclerc and Sergio Perez.
The Dutchman had to overcome a penalty to retake the lead, while Leclerc made the move for second at the penultimate corner from Sergio Perez.
Esteban Ocon finished in fourth after starting in 17th on the grid, ahead of both Lance Stroll and Carlos Sainz.
