Yuki Tsunoda has endured yet another qualifying disappointment for Red Bull this F1 season after failing to reach Q3 at the British Grand Prix.
The Japanese driver will line up for the race at Silverstone in P11 (after Ollie Bearman's 10-place grid penalty), further compounding his difficult tenure in the RB21 alongside Max Verstappen.
Since replacing Liam Lawson two rounds into the campaign, the 25-year-old has scored a mere seven points.
Despite it being his highest start since the Monaco Grand Prix, he has not reached the final segment of qualifying since the Miami Grand Prix at the start of May.
Christian Horner and Helmut Marko have continued to stand by Tsunoda amid his struggles, confirming he will remain in the second Red Bull seat until the end of the season.
His future beyond that point, however, looks less secure. Unlikely at this stage to stay with the Milton Keynes-based squad, he is currently on Cadillac's shortlist for the American team's maiden F1 campaign.
