Max Verstappen has been summoned to see the Singapore Grand Prix stewards for swearing during the FIA press conference on Thursday.
Before the session, FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem said he was keen to see a reduction in the use of swear words broadcast in F1.
But during the official drivers' press conference, however, Verstappen initially described that his Red Bull was "fucked" in qualifying in Azerbaijan after set-up changes.
He was reminded by host Tom Clarkson to mind his language before being asked a question on swearing, during which he said: "Excuse me for the language but come on. What are we? Five-year-olds? Six-year-olds?"
As a result, Verstappen has now been summoned for an alleged breach of Article 12.2.1.k of the International Sporting Code - language used during the FIA press conference.
He will attend at 1900 local time - 12:00 BST.
At the 2023 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Mercedes and Ferrari bosses Toto Wolff and Fred Vasseur were handed formal warnings by the FIA after swearing in the team principals' press conference.
The world champion would ultimately be handed community service by the stewards - with the full verdict and reasoning available to read here.
