Adrian Newey has now officially started work at Aston Martin as managing technical partner, with the Silverstone squad hopeful he can turn their fortunes around and into a world-championship-challenging team. 

Newey is regarded as F1's most successful designer, with 14 drivers' titles split across seven drivers, including his first with Nigel Mansell in 1992 and his last, to date, with Max Verstappen in 2024, although he had already announced his exit by the time the Dutchman wrapped the crown up in Las Vegas.

Ferrari strength revealed to aid Lewis Hamilton in record quest

Former F1 driver Johnny Herbert has highlighted a key feature about Ferrari's SF-25, which could make an eighth drivers' title for Lewis Hamilton "very possible" this year. 

Hamilton has quickly settled in at Ferrari, performing well during pre-season testing in Bahrain, where he completed 162 laps.

'Piastri set for bumper McLaren pay rise worth millions' - report

Oscar Piastri's new McLaren contract will see him earn up to £20 million a year, putting him on a par with Lando Norris, according to reports.

McLaren announced it had tied Piastri down to a new long-term deal on the eve of the Australian Grand Prix - held in Piastri's home city of Melbourne.

Sky Sports announce multiple champion to join F1 presenting team

Sky Sports has announced the addition of three-time W Series champion Jamie Chadwick to its pool of pundits for the 2025 F1 season. 

Chadwick, who is competing in the European Le Mans Series this year is being added to Sky's roster of on-screen talent and pundits, having made an appearance at the 2024 Singapore Grand Prix.
