Toyota has revealed it is "gradually moving" towards a full return to F1, having recently joined forces with Haas as the team's official technical partner.
That multi-year deal was announced in October, with the Japanese marque's branding adorning the American squad's cars from the 2024 United States Grand Prix onwards.

Former IndyCar driver James Hinchcliffe has praised Max Verstappen as a "universal talent" after initially stating that there was no such thing.
Hinchcliffe, who is part of Formula 1's broadcast team, was assessing whether the new Cadillac F1 team entering the sport in 2026 will opt to sign an IndyCar driver.

New Aston Martin boss Andy Cowell has vowed to make the team "robotic" with its F1 development as it looks to challenge for the title.
Cowell was appointed as CEO last year, and it was announced in January 2025 that he would take over as team principal, with Mike Krack moving to the new role of chief trackside officer.

Verstappen opens up on impact of 'second father' in F1
Max Verstappen has detailed the impact "second father" Helmut Marko has had on him in F1 in an exclusive RacingNews365 interview.
Red Bull driver advisor Marko was repsonsible for placing Verstappen at Toro Rosso back in 2015 as a 17-year-old rookie, and then promoted him to the senior team after just 23 races, in early 2016.

FIA president takes aim at British GP in latest media attack
FIA president Mohammed Ben Sulayem has continued his onslaught on the press, making cryptic comments about the British Grand Prix.
Specifically, he zeroed in on the British media when speaking to journalists at the Dakar Rally, in an attempt to shrug-off the negative coverage of him.

Perez sets deadline for possible F1 return after Red Bull axe
Sergio Perez has insisted it is "too early to give an answer" over whether he intends to make a return to F1, but will make a decision within "six months."
Red Bull axed the Mexican racer after a torrid 2024 season in which he scored just 48 points in the final 18 races after an initially promising start to the campaign.
