Toto Wolff has branded Michael Masi, the disgraced race director who oversaw the 2021 F1 season, a "lunatic", claiming he ruined Lewis Hamilton's record.

The Mercedes team principal was unforgiving in his remarks, showing there is still little love lost over the controversial season finale at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, almost four years on.

FIA release new statement after terrifying Liam Lawson-F1 marshal incident

The FIA has released a new statement following the terrifying incident in the Mexico City GP involving Liam Lawson and two F1 marshals.

On the third lap at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, Lawson exited the pit lane as normal for repairs after an opening lap collision with Williams' Carlos Sainz.

Red Bull send Mick Schumacher 'serious accidents' warning over potential IndyCar switch

Red Bull adviser Helmut Marko believes a move to IndyCar would be a "good step" for Mick Schumacher, who has been unable to find his way back to a full-time seat in F1.

However, the Austrian has been quick to point out how "dangerous" the United States-based series is when it takes to oval circuits.

Chloe Chambers sets stunning pace as historic second Formula E women's test concludes

F1 Academy's Chloe Chambers set a stunning 1m 22.767 in the afternoon session of Formula E's historic second women's test – held at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia.

Chambers topped both the morning and afternoon session of the women's test, which saw 14 drivers gain crucial experience behind the wheel of the Gen3 Evo.

Martin Brundle reveals confusion behind toxic Lando Norris reception

Former F1 driver Martin Brundle has revealed his confusion about the toxic reception Lando Norris received throughout the Mexico City Grand Prix.

Norris was booed across the event at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, particularly in the Foro Sol stadium section after qualifying and the race.

Haas reveal critical moment that cost Ollie Bearman podium chance: 'It was definitely on the cards'

Haas team principal Ayao Komatsu insists a maiden podium for the team and rookie Ollie Bearman was "definitely on the cards" at the Mexico City Grand Prix, before events transpired against them.

The British driver ultimately finished fourth at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez, having started ninth.
