Petter Solberg and his son Oliver have retained the Nations' Cup title for Team Norway after defeating the All Star team. The pair triumphed over the All Star duo of World Rally Championship driver Thierry Neuville and Formula 2 champion Felipe Drugovich. Their win in Sweden is Team Norway's second consecutive title, after taking the title at the same venue in last year's contest. They knocked out Team Sweden and Team France en route to the final, with the All Star team defeating Team Germany and Team USA.
F1 representatives fall early
The Team Germany duo of Sebastian Vettel and Mick Schumacher fell at the semi-final stage, eventually losing to Team All-Stars after a false start in Vettel's final race. The Germany pair beat David Coulthard and Jamie Chadwick of Team GB before defeating the sim racing pairing of Team eROC. It was a very early defeat for the all-F1 line-up of Team Finland, with Valtteri Bottas and World Champion Mika Hakkinen eliminated in the first round after losing to the eROC team. The individual Race of Champions contest takes place on Sunday 29th January, with the event starting at 11am UK time.
