George Russell has ended the second free practice session from the Dutch Grand Prix on top of the timesheets.
The Mercedes driver enters the weekend looking to bounce back from his heartbreaking disqualification in Belgium.
Russell started the session with a wobble through the gravel after a major lock-up, but recovered to file the fastest lap of the day.
He held a slender margin at the head of the field at the end of FP2, with McLaren's Oscar Piastri slotting in just 0.061s behind.

The Mercedes-McLaren duos continued in third and fourth as Lewis Hamilton headed Lando Norris, respectively.
Max Verstappen, who generates most if not all of the support at Zandvoort this weekend, was fifth fastest and almost three-tenths down on Russell.
The session was red-flagged early on after Nico Hulkenberg lost control of his car under braking on the entry to Turn 1, however the car managed to scrub off substantial speed before hitting the barrier.

It was also a disappointing session for Carlos Sainz who had just seven laps to his name before he was forced to park the car in the garage with a gearbox issue.
Fernando Alonso was sixth fastest for Aston Martin, but had a margin of four-tenths of a second to Verstappen in front.
Yuki Tsunoda and Kevin Magnussen were seventh and eighth respectively while Charles Leclerc was ninth in the leading Ferrari.
Alex Albon rounded out the top 10 as he goes in search of his third point-scoring result of the season.
