Ricciardo reacts to first run in MCL35M

Daniel Ricciardo has given his first impressions of his new car with McLaren ahead of the 2021 season after getting a chance to drive the MCL35M during a wet testing session at Silverstone.

The Honey Badger said it felt good to "shake off some cobwebs" after a relatively short winter break and finally get into the seat of his new machinery following his move to the British team from Renault at the end of 2020, he said in a McLaren team video.

However, chances to give the car a 'full send' around the track were unfortunately limited due to the greasy conditions.
