Carlos Sainz will start the Belgian Grand Prix on pole position, with Sergio Perez joining him on the front row of the grid, after an array of penalties.
F1 title rivals Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc are two of the drivers to drop towards the back, with the pair lining up 14th and 15th respectively.
Valtteri Bottas, Esteban Ocon, Lando Norris, Zhou Guanyu, Mick Schumacher and Yuki Tsunoda are the other names hit with power unit and gearbox sanctions.
Tsunoda's changes were made between qualifying and the race, with his enforced pit lane start handing bonus spots to the aforementioned group of drivers.
The starting grid below is provisional until confirmed by F1's governing body, the FIA.
