World-leading racing simulator designer Dynisma has launched a new "compact" and "accessible" driver-in-the-loop F1-inspired model.
The DMG-S is "designed to deliver professional-grade simulator realism in a smaller, more accessible package," and "helps drivers train, prepare and improve in a safe, repeatable environment," and is capable of quickly switching between different vehicle models, circuits, and track conditions and can be used to aid drivers as they progress through the ranks of racing.
The DMG-S model uses the same motion technology used in the F1 grade simulators, with the Cadillac team recently opting to choose Dynisma to build its first DIL simulator, following on from the Bristol-based company previously supplying machines to the Alpine and Ferrari teams.
Designed for "straightforward" installation and operation, the design fits within a 2.5m x 2.5m footprint with simple bolts and requires a 32 amp electrical supply.

It is available in two configurations, these being for a low heel seating point for GT and touring cars, and a high heel point for single-seaters.
The machine is "software agnostic" meaning it can be run on any gaming platform, including the supplied Assetto Corsa, or F1, iRacing, or Le Mans Ultimate.
"At Dynisma, everything starts with accuracy and correlation to real-world vehicle
behaviour," said founder and chief technical officer, Ash Warne.
"A simulator becomes valuable when the driver can trust what they feel through the platform, from changes in grip and surface detail to weight transfer and vehicle balance at the limit.
"DMG-S applies the same engineering philosophy in a more compact format. Drivers can experience different vehicle models, tracks and conditions on a single platform, giving teams, academies and racers highly responsive motion and professional-level feedback derived from technology trusted at the highest levels of motorsport."
