Alex Albon, Fernando Alonso and Esteban Ocon will be investigated by the stewards after the Miami Grand Prix for alleged yellow flag infringements.
The incidents occurred just before the safety car was brought out on Lap 6 of 57 in Florida, following two separate crashes.
Isack Hadjar broke his steering column by clipping the inside wall at the chicane, with his Red Bull crashing into the barriers and ending his afternoon.
Meanwhile, Liam Lawson and Pierre Gasly collided whilst battling for position into Turn 17, the final braking zone of the circuit, with the Alpine driver flipped. Thankfully, he was okay. The Racing Bulls driver was also forced into retirement for the damage his VCARB 03 sustained.
That incident will also be investigated following the race at the Miami International Autodrome, along with Max Verstappen, who supposedly crossed the line at the pit exit — usually a slam-dunk punishment.
Valtteri Bottas, however, was penalised mid-race, being handed a drive-through penalty for speeding in the pit lane.
Update: The FIA retroactively decided that Albon, Alonso and Ocon would face no further action.
