Mercedes has introduced updates to the W17 ahead of the season-opening Australian Grand Prix, putting pressure on Ferrari, McLaren and Red Bull.
Already the favourites heading into the curtain raiser in Melbourne, the Brackley-based squad confirmed changes to the bodywork and front and rear wings to increase downforce.
The former has more downwash in the side view, with a high inlet, whilst the wings have increased camber. The front wing also has no strake.
McLaren has brought developments to Albert Park, but was already expected to be a step behind Mercedes and Ferrari — although the true competitive picture will not become clear until qualifying.
The reigning constructors' champions have a revised floor geometry, which produces better flow control around the rear of the MCL40.
It has also upgraded the rear suspension fairings and a revised rear wing, which adds aerodynamic load.
Red Bull and Ferrari, meanwhile, have highlighted changes in the official FIA submissions document that are mandated by the 2026 regulations.
The former has listed its front wing, nose and rear wing in the declaration, whilst the latter has addressed the altered front wing, floor body and diffuser, and the rear wing within the rulebook.
Every team has confirmed changes, with Williams bringing developments on the FW48 to Australia, along with Racing Bulls, Aston Martin, Audi and Cadillac.
Haas, on the other hand, has provided information on seven distinct areas that are different in F1's new era.
