McLaren has recruited Stephanie Carlin as its Formula 1 Business Operations Director.

Carlin, who is Team Principal of the Rodin Carlin F3 and F1 Academy Teams, will join McLaren from January 2024 and will report directly to Andrea Stella.

In the role they will oversee a variety of activities related to F1 operations, as well as their participation in the upcoming F1 Academy season.

McLaren will field Bianca Bustamante for the 2024 F1 Academy season as part of its tie up with ART Grand Prix, having signed the 18 year-old female racer to their Driver Development programme earlier this year.
