Ahead of this weekend's Formula E season-opener in São Paulo, Mahindra Racing made an insightful visit to Mackenzie university.
The trip was in partnership with Tech Mahindra, to inspire and educate the next generation of engineers.
Mahindra drivers Nyck de Vries, Edoardo Mortara and team principal Frederic Bertrand spoke to the students on a variety of STEM topics, before being taken on a tour of the campus.
The trio saw the university's facilities and had the chance to see first-hand the students projects being undertaken.
Speaking after the event, Nyck de Vries said: "It was a great experience to visit Mackenzie University today.
"Encouraging the next generation of STEM students into industries like ours is important, so it's great to be able to work with Tech Mahindra on projects like this."
In a remarkable experience for the students, they were offered an insight into Tech Mahindra's work for the FE team and how it supports the Banbury-based outfit's track action, in particular ahead of the São Paulo E-Prix.
Like de Vries, Edoardo Mortara praised the visit, and said: "It was really impressive to hear so much knowledge and enthusiasm in the room for motorsport.
"It's great to have opportunities like this, thanks to Tech Mahindra. The facilities at Mackenzie were excellent, and it was a good way to kick off our first race week of the season."

Following the exciting trip, Bertrand said: "Our sport is driven by passion, and we love sharing our passion for Formula E with the next generation of engineers, designers, mechanics - whoever it may be.

Tech Mahindra work tirelessly to nurture young talent, but also develop them into future engineers to work in the industry.
Alexandre Daquino, chief operating officer of Tech Mahindra Brazil, said: “"It's a pleasure to welcome Nyck, Edo, Fred and Mahindra Racing to Mackenzie University.
"It's an opportunity for us to inspire students first-hand, and to hear about the work Tech Mahindra is doing to support the team's performance on track in Formula E.
