With the grid being so close to each other, expect major surprises in F1's already tight midfield as the likes of Ferrari and McLaren battle for the title of being the best of the rest.

Unlike several other circuits a good qualifying position is crucial to succeeding in Barcelona with almost 90 percent of winners starting from the front row of the grid.
