Lewis Hamilton endured a difficult Saturday at the Hungarian Grand Prix as he failed to advance to the top 10 pole position shootout.
Hamilton entered the weekend as the most successful driver in the Hungaroring's history and looked to bounce back from a difficult qualifying in Belgium last time out.
However, for the second consecutive race, Hamilton failed to advance into Q3 and is now set to start Sunday's grand prix from 13th.
“Every time. Every time,” was Hamilton's short radio message played on the live broadcast.
Joining Hamilton in the drop zone was Mercedes' Kimi Antonelli who complained of a lack of rear grip during the lap.
Hamilton's team-mate Charles Leclerc advanced into the top 10 shootout despite a scary moment at high speed through Turn 4.
