Lewis Hamilton has declared that there is a "great harmony" at Ferrari despite his troubled debut season with the team.
Hamilton's high-profile move to the Scuderia did not go as planned as he finished sixth in the drivers' standings, and did not score a grand prix podium for the first time in his career.
He did win the Chinese GP Sprint, but Ferrari's decision to turn off development in April to focus on the major rules reset coming for 2026 meant the team could not keep pace with its rivals.
Despite his struggles, Hamilton remains committed to returning Ferrari to championship-winning ways, as he explained the mood within the factory following the poor 2025 season, in which the team slipped from 14 points behind champions McLaren in 2024 to 435 points behind in '25.
"I'll never compare [Ferrari] to another team, just because it is so different," Hamilton told media, including RacingNews365.
"I'm constantly inspired when I go back to the factory, every time it is the most amazing feeling.
"There is just something romantic when you go to Ferrari, with the brand, and there is great harmony in the team, even with all the ups and downs that we've been having.
"Everyone is just so focused on taking the learnings from 2025 to build a better future, and that encourages me every time I go back to the factory.
"Of course, there are areas we need to improve; we've spoken about those, and that's what we're working on."
