Ferrari walked away from the São Paulo Grand Prix with zero points after being forced to retire both of their cars.
Leclerc was an early exit from the race after being caught up in a safety car restart collision at Turn 1.
The Monegasque suffered major damage to his left front corner after being struck by Kimi Antonelli, who had contact with Oscar Piastri.
Hamilton also got into trouble early doors, first through a Turn 1 collision with Carlos Sainz and then again later on amid a high-speed contact with Franco Colapinto, which destroyed his front wing.
Hamilton was handed a five-second time penalty for the Colapinto contact and circled the track for some 40 laps before Ferrari opted to retire the car.
Prior to parking up, Hamilton complained that he was struggling dramatically with the handling of the car.
It marks the third time this year Ferrari has failed to score points, having been disqualified in China and suffering another double DNF in the Netherlands.
