Ferrari has announced that Riccardo Adami is to be moved off Lewis Hamilton's car as race engineer, but do you think it was the right decision?
Adami, the former race engineer to Sebastian Vettel and Carlos Sainz at the Scuderia, has been moved to a role focusing on the Ferrari Driver Academy and the Testing of Previous Cars (TPC) running, with Hamilton set for a third new race engineer in as many seasons in 2026.
Although the relationship between the two started well with Sprint pole and victory in China, the Hamilton-Adami pairing grew strained throughout the season as Hamilton toiled, with radio traffic in Abu Dhabi about track limits proving the two had not gelled across the season.
Adami's replacement is yet to be named, but we want to know whether you believe he should have been given more time or whether it was right for Ferrari to make a change.
