Full starting grid for 2026 F1 Monaco Grand Prix
Kimi Antonelli will start his pursuit of a fifth straight F1 race victory by starting on pole for the Monaco Grand Prix.
The championship leader took a stunning pole at the last in Monte Carlo to deny Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton, with team-mate George Russell only down in sixth, behind Charles Leclerc and Isack Hadjar.
With overtaking at a premium as ever in Monaco, Antonelli has a golden opportunity to extend his 43-point lead over Russell and put a tighter grip on the world championship.
McLaren will start its 1000th GP from a fourth-row lockout, with Oscar Piastri ahead of Lando Norris.
