Juan Pablo Montoya has joined the F1 TV presenting line-up ahead of the new grand prix season.
Montoya raced 95 times in F1 between 2001 and 2006, winning six times before quitting McLaren and F1 after the 2006 United States GP, in which he collided with team-mate Kimi Raikkonen.
This, in turn, paved the way for Lewis Hamilton to make his debut in 2007.
The Colombian, whose son Sebastian races in FIA Formula 2 for Prema, is renowned for his no-nonsense opinions and straight-talking nature, and joins the existing in-house F1 TV team.
Montoya will be joining presenter Laura Winter and IndyCar race-winner and Indy 500 pole-sitter James Hinchcliffe, and journalists Lawrence Baretto and Chris Medland.
The rest of the team will be led by lead commentators Alex Jacques and Jolyon Palmer, with pundits including David Coulthard, Alice Powell, Ariana Bravo, Ruth Buscombe, Davide Valsecchi, and Alex Brundle, with technical expertise coming from Sam Collins.
Along with Montoya, presenter Betty Glover, who helmed coverage of pre-season testing, also joins the team.
