A majority of F1 fans believe the sport's television broadcasts need to feature fewer shots of celebrities and drivers' girlfriends during on-track sessions.
Earlier this week, Williams' Carlos Sainz outlined his frustration over his lack of coverage after driving from the back of the grid to 10th place in Singapore.
The broadcast also did not show Fernando Alonso's last lap surge on Lewis Hamilton after the Spaniard reduced a 45-second gap to four-tenths when Hamilton was struck with a brake issue.
Sainz highlighted a “trend” from the F1 broadcast that has been present in recent years, which is to show celebrities and drivers' girlfriends watching from the back of the garage.
RacingNews365 asked you, the fans, if you believed the sport benefits from such shots.
Over 60 per cent of fans responded that it takes away from the on-track action.
However, over 22 per cent of voters declared the shots are fine, but require an adjustment in how many are used during race weekends.
Finally, 17 per cent of fans believe F1 does not need to alter how it currently showcases the guests during on-track sessions.
