The 19-strong F1 contingent for the 2025 Le Mans 24 Hours is headed up by 2009 champion Jenson Button.
Going, unofficially, for the second leg of the triple crown after his 2009 Monaco GP success, Button is aboard a Cadillac Hertz Team Jota entry, but is unlikely to be a contender following a slow start to the season.
The 15-time grand prix winner is tackling Le Mans for the fourth time after 2018, and since 2023, and is joined as an ex-F1 driver by one former race winner.
That is Robert Kubica, who won the 2008 Canadian Grand Prix for BMW. Like Button, Kubica is in the Hypercar class challenging for overall victory, as part of an AF Corse attack.
Other drivers with previous F1 experience include 2022 Haas line-up Kevin Magnussen and Mick Schumacher, along with a four-time winner of Le Mans in Sebastian Buemi.
