Charles Leclerc has got his hands on an impressive new purchase, the Sedici yacht.
The machine is powered by two mighty MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines, which individually produce an output of 2,638 hp, bringing the total to an impressive 5,276 hp.
This allows the 30-plus-meter-long vessel to reach a top speed of 28 knots (approximately 52 km/h). The cruising speed is 24 knots.
But the technical refinement does not stop at the engines. To ensure comfort, the yacht is equipped with both fin stabilisers and gyroscopic stabilisation systems, which minimise rolling of the vessel.
With a water displacement of approximately 100 tons, it keeps the Sedici stable even in rough seas.
The exterior and interior are highly luxurious, and with 140 square meters of glass windows, there is a panoramic view from the cabins.
The yacht can accommodate 10 guests in five cabins. An eye-catcher is the enlarged 35-square-meter "beach club" at the rear.
With an estimated price of €15 million, Leclerc has found the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the Formula 1 paddock.
