Charles Leclerc produced a carbon copy of Lance Stroll's crash at the Monaco Grand Prix just a few laps after the Aston Martin driver crashed out in Monte Carlo.
The home hero was livid over team radio, having already been aggravated by Ferrari's decision to pit him behind Lewis Hamilton, who had to serve a five-second time penalty for speeding in the pit lane.
The incident occurred at the safety car restart after the Aston Martin had caused the 78-lap race to be neutralised.
Leclerc had been concerned by the lack of pace shown by the safety car. After his crash, he ranted over team radio.
"Honestly, I'm not even going to take the **** blame!" he exclaimed. "These **** brakes!"
