The threat of a washout at Spa-Francorchamps has eased considerably ahead of the Belgian Grand Prix, with dry conditions expected throughout Sunday's race.
Forecasts earlier in the week pointed towards a wet weekend in the Ardennes, raising the prospect of another rain-affected race at the legendary circuit.
Instead, the weather has proved far more settled than anticipated, allowing Formula 1 to enjoy largely uninterrupted running across Friday and Saturday.
Although there were periods of cloud and the occasional passing shower in the area, conditions at the circuit remained predominantly dry, with teams able to complete their programmes without the sort of sustained rainfall that had initially been expected.
That trend is set to continue into race day.
Any early mist or low cloud should clear through the morning, leaving a mix of sunshine and cloud across Spa-Francorchamps.
Temperatures are expected to reach around 19°C by the time the lights go out for the 15:00 local time start, with light winds providing little disruption around the 7.004km circuit.
While Spa's reputation for producing highly localised weather means conditions can never be ruled out entirely, the latest forecasts indicate the risk of rain during the grand prix is low, with dry weather expected from the build-up to the chequered flag.
Barring any last-minute changes, teams are expected to tackle the 44-lap race on slick tyres, with strategy likely to be dictated by tyre management rather than changing weather conditions.
For a circuit renowned for springing surprises, Sunday is shaping up to be one of the more predictable weather days of the weekend.
