Lando Norris completed a dominant opening day by topping second practice, ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix.
The British driver topped the timesheets at Silverstone for the second session in a row after setting a 1:26.549, ahead of team-mate Oscar Piastri in second.
Piastri was three tenths adrift of his team-mate, in what was still a McLaren one-two. Sergio Perez completed the top three, although was 0.434s behind Norris.
Nico Hulkenberg delivered an impressive lap to go fourth quickest, with Charles Leclerc completing the top five.
Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen could only salvage sixth and seventh, in a session that saw rain fall in the final 10 minutes.
