Lewis Hamilton has said he is "really pi**ed" at Ferrari team-mate Charles Leclerc's actions which cost Ferrari a one-two in Mexico City - and demanded a change at the team.
From pole and third on the grid, Hamilton led Leclerc on the charge down to Turn 4, with the Monegasque attempting a move around the outside of the left-hander, but cut across the grass after bailing out.
Hamilton also ran wide, as the out-of-position Ferrari then allowed Max Verstappen to sneak through and into second place behind Leclerc and ahead of Hamilton, with the stewards handing the leader a five-second time penalty.
Leclerc lost his lead through the pit-stops when serving the penalty, with Verstappen taking over as Hamilton then got into second place on the second standing start after Valtteri Bottas's huge crash for a suspension failure and red flag.
Hamilton then harried Verstappen over the final laps, but was unable to pass the Red Bull, with Hamilton second and Leclerc fourth, after being passed by new world champion Kimi Antonelli for third.
Reflecting, Hamilton declared that Ferrari was capable of a strong one-two finish, something he felt Leclerc's action had taken away the chance of, and that he was "really pi**ed" as a result.
"I don't know what needs to happen now, how we discuss things when we go back. I'm not quite sure how I want to engage in that," Hamilton told media, including RacingNews365.
"Of course, the frustrations are today. I'm happy because [Antonelli] just won the championship, so I'm really torn because, on one side, I'm happy, and on the other side, I'm really p***ed.
"We lost valuable points, and we, as a team, worked so hard. We could have easily had a one-two, really, we had the pace to do so.
"We're going into Turn 4 first and second. If we just hold position, I think anything can happen in the race. But when your teammate works against you and then you lose positions like that, it's definitely tough.
"So, we'll just talk about it offline, and it's not really worth saying too much more.
"We don't have rules of engagement, and whether or not that will change anything from Charles' side, I don't know.
"We've just got to figure it out, but something needs to change for sure."
